Q: What is the minimum nights stay on weekends?
A: Minimum of 2 nights stay on weekends.

 

Q: Where can I make a deposit?
A:
You can EFT the money within 12 hours of the booking into our bank account. Once payment has been made and proof of payment received, we can then load your information onto our system and send you booking confirmation. If EFT payments are not made with12 hours of the booking will be canceled

Q:What restaurants are on site?
A:
We have a restaurant on site, Amici. They offer breakfast, lunch and supper for affordable prices. delivery service is available.  

 

Q: Is there a refundable noise & over crowded security deposit required?

A: Yes a R1000 security deposit is required, Should the security be call out for noise, your security deposit will not be refunded; please note other residents living in the complex, No noise or music after 10pm. Refunds are processed within 7 days after check out. Should the security be called for the 2nd time, or you refuse to open the door, another R1000 will be issued, if payment is not made before you leave, security will not allow you to leave the complex before payment is made. if the security are called out for the 3rd time, your power will be cut for the whole night. if security is called for the 4th time, they will call the police and you will be removed by the police from the unit & complex without a refund. PLEASE RESPECT OTHER PEOPLES RIGHTS

A: Please note all guests must fill in the check in forms which will be sent to you and then sent to estate manager to issue codes before checkin

Q: Can i bring our own food?
A:
All apartments are self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a restaurant on site that offers breakfast, lunch and supper for affordable prices. No food is allowed on the beach and in the lifestyle center.

 

Q: Is there parking provided on the premises?
A: Secure parking is provided on the premises allocated to your unit free of charge. Car will be clamped if you use the wrong parking pay. R500 fine will be required to unclamp your car.


Q: Is there a braai stand?
A: All apartments have a braai stand/ braai area.

 

Q: Can I get a quote?
A: Quotes will not be issued due to a high volume of inquiries,  invoices will be issued once payment has been made. 

Q: Is prices per person?
A: Prices are not charged per person; prices are charged per a unit/apartment.

 

Q: How much deposit is required?
A:
We require a 50% deposit in order to secure the apartment for you. Deposit will be half of total amount within 12 hours of the booking otherwise the booking will be canceled .

 

Q: Can you send me pictures of the apartments?
A:

Q: What's needed when checking in?
A: Please note the estate manager issues check in forms to the security at the gate with your full details, name, ID number, cell number & car registration number, Please make sure with our staff issue you with the Unit number, lock box number and the Wifi codes before checking in which will be issued within 3 dates before arrivals. An after hours number will be sent to you with our on duty mangers details. Please use your unit number at the gate when checking in with the security, as they only use unit number to check guests in.

Q: What time is check in?
A:
Check in starts at 14:00pm and ends at 19:00pm. As per Estate Rules.

 

Q: What time is check out?
A:
Check out is at 10:00am. As per Estate Rules.

 

Q: What if I'm coming in a TAXI or Uber? 

A: Please note no drop off's, TAXI & UBERS are not allowed into the complex. Please notify our office so we can make arrangements to pick you up at the gate before 5.30pm.

 
Q: When should I pay the balance?
A:
You must pay the balance 7 days before check in.

Q: Does price include breakfast?
A:
Prices do not include breakfast as these are self-catering apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a restaurant on site that offers breakfast, lunch and supper for affordable prices.

Q: How much is a massage?
A:
Massages at the Spa start from R465 per person.

Q: Can I pay in installments?
A:
50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment plans can be arranged with management should you require this service.

Q: How much are day visit?
A:
No day visits are allowed. You will need to book accommodation in order to use the facilities.

Q: What happens with COVID restrictions, will we get a refund?
A:
COVID 19 refunds are available should your check in date go into lockdown level 5 or should Government announce beaches to be closed or harsher restriction. You are also able to postpone to a later date.

 

What is our cancellation policy?
- Forfeit 100% of total if guest cancels 7 days before arrival

 

- Forfeit 100% of deposit if guest cancels 14 days before arrival

 

- Forfeit 50% of deposit if guest cancels 21 days before arrival

 

- Forfeit 25% of deposit if guest cancels 30 days before arrival

 

If cancellation is due to Level 5 lockdown during COVID protocols guest will be refunded in full or given the option to postpone their booking
